Please send in pens, highlighters, permanent markers, caps, mechanical pencils & empty scotch tape dispenser.

Open HSA Board Positions

 

The following list outlines which positions remain open for the 2020-2021 school year.  If interested, please contact any member of the current HSA Board to discuss the role and transition process.

 

Vice President OPEN for 2020-2021

The Vice President is a voting member, presides on all meetings of the association and of the executive board, coordinates the work of officers and committees of the association in order that the objectives may be promoted; Responsible for communication with the Principals, School Superintendent and parent community. The Co-president shadows the President in year one and performs all the duties of a president in the absence, and takes on the role of President in the second year of the tenure.

 

Head of Finance OPEN for 2020-2021

The Head of Finance is a voting member of the board and serves a 2 year tenure.  The Head of Finance is responsible for building the yearly budget and ensures fundraising covers school spirit academic & character education activities.

 

Head of Communication OPEN for 2020-2021

The Head of Communication is a voting member of the board and serves a 2 year term.  This volunteer is responsible for communicating & supervising all HSA communication (website, social media, emails & newsletters.  The Head of Communication also records and posts all meeting minutes.

 

Head of Fundraising OPEN 2020-2021

Coordinates all fundraising events.

 

Executive Board meets once every month, and the Board conducts General Meeting several times throughout the year.

  • Be a Role Model. By becoming a HSA member, you’ll be demonstrating to your child the importance you place on education.
